The Virginia-Carolina’s Scholarships Foundation Trust has established a leadership based scholarship program to assist students who live in Virginia, North Carolina, or South Carolina and plan to enroll as a full-time undergraduate student in the Virginia Tech College of Engineering for the entire upcoming academic year.

The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team. Awards for this scholarship are granted to eligible recipients without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.

**Awards are intended to cover the entire Cost of Attendance (COA): tuition, fees, books, supplies, room, and board. If recipients have changes to their enrollment or living situation mid-year, their award amount may be adjusted if funds are available.
