LendKey has established a scholarship program to assist Member Student Lending credit union members who plan to continue their education in a 4-year college or university.
The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team. Awards for this scholarship are granted to eligible recipients without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, gender, disability, or national origin.
Applicants to the LendKey Scholarship Program must:
Employees and children of employees of LendKey and eligible credit unions are ineligible.
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $1,000 award. Up to 20 awards will be granted.
Awards are one-time only. Past recipients may not reapply.
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
All applicants will be notified in July.
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of LendKey Technologies. Payment is made in August.

Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of LendKey Technologies play a part in the selection. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Award recipients will be given access for a year to WhichWay, a financial literacy tool with interactive financial education modules containing tools and tips that include the following topics:
Participation in Scholarship America’s financial literacy tool, WhichWay is offered to scholarship recipients. Recipients will be invited to register online to participate in financial education activities to help guide a student to financial stability and success.

NOTE: If you are providing SAT or ACT test scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload a copy of your test score report(s) separately. If you are uploading a college transcript, those scores are not required.
One online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf no later than June 1, 2023 3:00 pm Central Time.
