Awards

If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an award between $2,500 and $10,000. Up to 29 awards will be granted.

The program will be administered in two cycles and in full compliance with IRS Revenue Procedure 76-47. No more than 10% of eligible applicants may receive awards.

Provided qualified applications are received, ranked awards will be granted per cycle as follows:

Cycle one (March 4 to April 2)

Three (3) Awards for $5,000
Eleven (11) awards for $2,500

Cycle two (September 9 to October 8)
One (1) Award for $10,000
Two (2) Awards for $5,000

Awards are renewable up to three years or until a degree is earned, whichever occurs first, on the basis of satisfactory academic performance (maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale), and continued enrollment. Per IRS Revenue Procedure 76-47, the employment eligibility requirement does not apply to previous recipients.

Student may only apply and receive one of the awards. Students who were not selected may reapply if they meet the requirements in subsequent cycles.

Awards are for qualified education-related expenses (tuition, fees, books and required supplies) only.

Awards will be issued in U.S. dollars (USD).

Students must receive approval from the Sponsor to defer their award. One deferral per recipient is allowed.
