Advantage Solutions Better Together Education Foundation Scholarship

Advantage Solutions has established a scholarship program to assist employees who are planning to continue their education at a college, university or CEGEP school.

The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team. Awards for this scholarship are granted to eligible recipients without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, gender, disability or national origin.

Applicants to the Advantage Solutions Better Together Education Foundation Scholarship must:

  • Be part-time or full-time Advantage Solutions employees in the U.S. or Canada who have a minimum of one-year employment with the company as of the application deadline
  • Be high school/secondary school graduates or current college undergraduates (including CEGEP students)
  • Plan to enroll in part-time or full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or CEGEP school for the entire upcoming academic year


If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $5,000 award. Up to 20 awards will be granted.

The program will be administered in full compliance with IRS Revenue Procedure 76-47. No more than 10% of eligible applicants may receive awards.

Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements. Per IRS Revenue Procedure 76-47, the employment eligibility requirement does not apply to previous recipients.

Awards are for undergraduate study only.

Awards are for qualified education-related expenses (tuition, fees, books and required supplies) only.

Awards will be issued in U.S. dollars (USD).


All applicants will be notified in June.

Payment of Scholarships

Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Advantage Solutions. Payment is made in early August.

Selection of Recipients

Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, a statement of educational and career goals and objectives, unusual personal or family circumstances and an online recommendation.

Financial need will be considered. Recipients must demonstrate need.

Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Advantage Solutions play a part in the selection. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.

As part of your application, you must upload the following:

  • A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.

NOTE: If you are providing SAT or ACT test scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload a copy of your test score report(s) separately. If you are uploading a college transcript, those scores are not required.

One online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf no later than May 5, 2022 3:00 pm Central Time.
