The ASUS, Inc. Scholarship Program
Deadline to apply: February 14, 2025 3:00 pm CT

American States Utility Services, Inc. and its wholly-owned Subsidiaries (ASUS, Inc.) has established a scholarship program to assist dependent children of active, full-time U.S. Military members and dependent children of honorably discharged veterans at ASUS-served* locations who are current high school seniors, graduates or current undergraduates planning to continue their education in college or vocational school programs in the fields of environmental science, technology, environmental engineering, biology, chemistry, medical sciences, mathematical sciences, business management or acquisition and contract management. Renewable scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice.

The program is administered by Scholarship America, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.

*ASUS-served locations consist of the following military installations: Naval Air Station Patuxent River (MD), Eglin Air Force Base (FL), Joint Base Andrews (MD), Joint Base Cape Cod (MA), Fort Liberty (NC), Fort Bliss (TX), Fort Riley (KS), Fort Jackson (SC), Fort Gregg-Adams (VA), Joint Base Langley–Eustis (VA), and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek–Fort Story (VA).
