Dear Barnes Employee,

We are happy to announce that we are currently accepting applications for our Barnes Group Foundation Scholarship Program! The Barnes Group Foundation Scholarship Program is designed to assist the children of Barnes employees who plan to pursue post-secondary education by enrolling in college or a technical vocational program. The program is open to all worldwide employees, and scholarships will be awarded for graduate study as well as undergraduate.

In accordance with United States tax laws, we are limited to granting awards to only 25% of our eligible applicants. Remember, the more applicants we receive, the more scholarships we can grant, so please apply today! Even if you have previously applied and did not receive a scholarship, we encourage you to apply again, as you are still eligible to receive an award!

We invite you to review the guidelines found below and submit an application today!

Sincerely,

Signatures

Thomas Hook                  Thomas Barnes
President & CEO             Chairman of the Board
