PNC Bank, N.A., as trustee of the Dorothy M. Bitters Memorial Scholarship has established a scholarship program to assist high school seniors or graduates of Titusville Area High School who plan to continue their education in college, graduate school, or vocational school.
The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals.
