Casey’s General Stores, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively the “Company”) has established a scholarship program to help finance higher education for employees and for the children of its employees. The scholarships provide an opportunity for up to thirty (30) eligible employees to be awarded $1,000 and for up to thirty (30) dependent children of eligible employees to be awarded $1,000 of Company-sponsored scholarships annually.
This scholarship program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability or national origin.

Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. Other than confirmation of eligibility, no officer or employee of the Company plays a part in the selection of the scholarship recipients. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Applicants will be notified in May. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Casey’s General Stores, Inc. Awards will be paid in one installment in early August. Any unused portion of a students scholarship will be reimbursed by the school to Scholarship America.
Scholarship recipients must enroll in the educational programs no later than the fall of the year in which their awards are given. In order to remain eligible for scholarship payments, recipients must maintain a consecutive fall and spring semester and if the recipient is a dependent of a Casey’s employee, must remain at full-time status (completing a minimum of 12 credits per semester). A scholarship is automatically forfeited if the student falls below full-time status or drops a semester. Recipients have no obligations to Casey’s. They are, however, required to provide Scholarship America with current transcripts and to notify Scholarship America of any change of address, school enrollment, or other pertinent information.
