Catalent Pharma Solutions has established a scholarship program to assist employees’ children who plan to continue their education in college or university programs. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational school of the student’s choice.
The program is administered by Scholarship America, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability or national origin.
Applicants to the Catalent Pharma Solutions Global Scholarship Program must be:
*As used herein, the phrase “dependent children” shall have the same meaning as is ascribed to that phrase in the current version of the “Catalent, Inc. Group Benefits Plan SPD” or any subsequent “Catalent, Inc. Group Benefits Plan” document. Dependent children of employees up to and including the level of Director are invited to apply.
**Employees must work an average of 20 hours per week, have a minimum of one (1) year of employment with the company as of the application deadline date and be an active Catalent employee at the time of each award payment.

Up to twenty-five (25) awards will be granted each year. Awards will be granted in proportion to the applications received by country location, provided there are qualified applicants. Awards are not renewable; however, students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements
The Catalent Pharma Solutions employee parent must continue to be an active employee at the time the awards are processed.
No more than one award per family will be granted each year.
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Catalent Pharma Solutions. Payments are made in one installment in early August to U.S. students. International students will receive a wire in September upon receipt of proof of enrollment.
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, a statement of educational and career goals and objectives and any unusual personal or family circumstances.
Financial need is not considered.
Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Catalent Pharma Solutions play a part in the selection. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
