Catalent Pharma Solutions has established a scholarship program to assist employees’ children who plan to continue their education in college or university programs. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited four-year institution of the student’s choice.
The program is administered by Scholarship America, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability or national origin.

If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $2,000 award (or the amount of educational expenses at the chosen institution, whichever is less). Up to twenty (20) awards will be granted each year. Awards will be granted in proportion to the applications received by country location, provided there are qualified applicants. Awards are not renewable; however, students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements
The Catalent Pharma Solutions employee parent must continue to be an active employee at the time the awards are processed.
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Catalent Pharma Solutions. Payments are made in one installment in early August to U.S. students. International students will receive a wire in September upon receipt of proof of enrollment.
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, work experience, a statement of goals and aspirations, unusual personal or family circumstances, and an online recommendation.Financial need is not considered.
Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Catalent Pharma Solutions play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
