The ‘Catch a Break’ Scholarship Program has been established to assist high school seniors at Ossining High School in Westchester, New York who plan to continue their education in college.
This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.
Applicants to the ‘Catch a Break’ Scholarship Program must be:
*Students may attend any accredited four-year college or university with the exception of the following institutions. Students planning on attending one of the following institutions are ineligible to apply to the program or to become a recipient.

Applicants will be notified in June. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments. Payments are made in equal installments in early August and mid-December.
Financial need, as calculated by Scholarship America, must be demonstrated for the student to receive an award.
Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Also as part of your application, one online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf by 3:00 p.m. Central Time on April 29, 2020.
