CDM Smith has established a scholarship program to assist students pursuing an eligible STEM undergraduate programs focusing on engineering or IT at an eligible university.
The program is administered by Scholarship America, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability or national origin.
Be high school graduates who plan to enroll or students who are already enrolled in an eligible STEM undergraduate program focusing on engineering or IT. Eligible majors include:

Award Information
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $5,000 award. Up to four (4) awards will be granted.
Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Notification
Applicants will be notified in late June. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. Students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of CDM Smith. Payment is made in one installment in August.
Scholarship finalists are selected on the basis of academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, and an online recommendation. An essay is required, and will be reviewed and evaluated by CDM Smith during the recipient selection.
Financial need will not be considered.

CDM Smith reserves the right to review the conditions and procedures of this scholarship program and to make changes at any time including termination of the program.
