Dayforce is pleased to offer its employees the opportunity to apply for the Dave MacKay Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship promotes Dave’s philanthropic approach and helps offset the high costs of higher education for family members including dependent children, grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.

Applicants to the Dave MacKay Memorial Scholarship Program must meet all of the following criteria:
Past recipients of this scholarship are not eligible to apply. Past applicants not selected as a recipient are eligible to apply again.
Employees and employee spouses are not eligible to apply.
*Family members are defined as natural and legally adopted children, stepchildren, grandchildren, nieces, or nephews
All applicants will be notified in July. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. Students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Dayforce, Inc. Payments to the school will be made in early August.
Financial need is not considered.
Academic evaluation of international applicants will include a review of the grade/mark average based on the grading system used in the applicant’s country and a review of the results of academic examinations.
Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Dayforce, Inc. play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
NOTE: If you are providing SAT or ACT test scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload a copy of your test score report(s) separately. If you are uploading a college transcript, those scores are not required.
