Disciplined Growth Investors Education Assistance Program

Applicants to the Disciplined Growth Investors Education Assistance Program must:

Be dependent* children, age 26 and under, of full‑time Disciplined Growth Investors employees who have a minimum of one (1) year of employment with the company as of the application deadline date
*Dependent children are defined as biological, step- or legally adopted children living in the employee’s household or primarily supported by the employee
Be high school seniors or graduates, or current postsecondary undergraduates, who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.
Have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)

Awards

All recipients may receive up to $20,000 per academic year. (Applicants can select to receive an award of $5,000, $10,000, $15,000 or $20,000.) Recipients can receive a lifetime maximum of $80,000.

Applicants must reapply each year that they remain eligible.

Awards are for undergraduate study only.

Awards may be used for all education-related expenses. Awards are taxable to the student/recipient.

Selection of Recipients

Scholarship America will verify eligibility requirements for all applicants. Eligible applicants will be approved for education assistance awards.

Notification

Recipients will be notified in April.

Payment of Scholarships

Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Disciplined Growth Investors. Payment is made in August.

As part of your application, you must upload the following:

A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:
- Student name
- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.

Your application is not complete unless all required materials are submitted electronically.
