DuPage Medical Group has established a scholarship program to assist DMG employees’ children who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs.
The program is administered by Scholarship America, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability or national origin.
Applicants to the DuPage Medical Group Scholarship Fund must be:
Children of c-suite, board members, directors, and doctors are ineligible to apply.
Students in two-year programs must transfer to a four-year program by the third year to be eligible for continued renewals.
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Applicants will be notified in June. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. Students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of DuPage Medical Group. Payment is made in one installment in early August. Scholarship America mails checks (payable to the educational institution) to student recipients or sends funds via EFT directly to participating institutions.
Financial need is not considered.
Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of DuPage Medical Group play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Also as part of your application, one online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf.
Your application is not complete unless all required documents are submitted electronically through the Scholarship America Student Hub.
