Enerpac Tool Group Scholarship Program

Enerpac Tool Group has established a scholarship program to assist children of employees who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs.

This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.

Applicants to the Enerpac Tool Group Scholarship Program must be:

  • Dependent* children, age 24 and under, of full-time employees worldwide of Enerpac Tool Group and its subsidiaries who have a minimum of one year of employment as of the application deadline.*Dependent children are defined as natural and legally adopted children or stepchildren living in the employee’s household or primarily supported by the employee.
  • High school seniors, graduates, or current postsecondary undergraduates, who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.
  • Applicants living outside the United States must be either in their final year of upper secondary school or graduates who plan to enroll or are already enrolled in college, university, polytechnic, vocational or trade school studies.

Award information:

  • If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an award ranging from $500 to $2,500 U.S.
  • Awards may be renewed for up to three additional years or until a bachelor’s degree is earned, whichever occurs first.
  • Renewal is contingent upon satisfactory academic performance in a full-time course of study, continued parental employment, and continuation of the program by Enerpac Tool Group.
  • Awards are for undergraduate study only.

Notification

Applicants will be notified in May. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.

Payment of Scholarships

Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Enerpac Tool Group. Payments are made in one installment in early August.

Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of:

  • Academic record
  • Demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities
  • Honors
  • Work experience and/or home responsibilities
  • Statement of career and educational goals and aspirations
  • Unusual personal or family circumstances
  • An outside appraisal

Financial need as calculated by Scholarship America must be demonstrated for the student to receive an award.

Awards will be distributed among the corporation and its subsidiaries in proportion to the number of applications received from each, as long as there are qualified applicants.

Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Enerpac Tool Group play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.

As part of your application, you must upload a current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course, and term in which each course was taken.

Also as part of your application, an online recommendation must be submitted on your behalf.
