Educational Testing Service (ETS) has established the ETS Cares Scholarship Program to aid graduating high school seniors attending a public high school in New Jersey who have a desire to attend college at an accredited two- or four-year college or university or vocational-technical, not-for-profit institution of the student’s choice.
This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or disability.
Children of ETS employees working in New Jersey who meet the eligibility requirement may apply regardless of residency.
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an one-time award ranging from $1,000 to $10,000.
Applicants will be notified in May. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Educational Testing Service in two installments in August and January.
Once potential recipients are selected, financial need will be considered to determine award amounts.
Selection of finalists is made by a dedicated review committee appointed by Scholarship America. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
As part of your application, two (2) online recommendation forms must be submitted on your behalf.
Your application is not complete unless all required documents are submitted electronically.
