U.S. Bank, as Trustee of the William Pablo Feraldo Memorial Foundation has established a scholarship program to assist male students from high schools in the St. Louis Metropolitan area who plan to continue their education at an accredited four-year college or university.
This scholarship program is administered by Scholarship America®. Scholarship America is the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability or national origin.

Financial need, as calculated by Scholarship America, must be demonstrated for the student to receive an award.
Notification
All applicants will be notified by late May. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of The William Pablo Feraldo Memorial Foundation. Payment is made in one installment in early August.
Application Information
Interested students must complete the application and mail it along with a current, complete transcript of grades to Scholarship America, postmarked no later than March 30, 2020. Grade reports are not acceptable. Unofficial transcripts must display student name, school name, grade and credit hours earned for each course, and term in which each course was taken. High school seniors or students who have completed less than one full term of postsecondary school should submit a high school transcript. Students who have completed the equivalent of one term or more postsecondary credits should provide transcripts from all postsecondary schools attended.
Applicants are responsible for gathering and submitting all necessary information. Applications are evaluated on the information supplied; therefore, answer all questions as completely as possible. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated. All information received is considered confidential and is reviewed only by Scholarship America.

Applicants must print the Applicant Appraisal and Transcript Information sections and submit to the appropriate individuals for completion. These sections cannot be completed electronically.
Mail the completed application form (including the completed Appraisal and Transcript sections) and any other required documents to Scholarship America by the program’s application postmark deadline: March 30, 2020. The mailing address is on the application form.

The Financial Data section of the application should be completed by the applicant’s parents or guardians. Information should be from the most recently filed federal tax returns.
NOTE: Any exceptions to providing financial information as instructed above must be submitted to Scholarship America in writing.
