FIA Operations Americas Division has established a scholarship program to assist dependent children of employees who plan to continue their education in college. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice.
This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, disability, or national origin.
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
*Child is defined as the son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, legally adopted child or legal ward supported solely by the member.
There is no limit on the number of students per family that can apply; however, each applicant must register a separate applicant account.
Awards
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $2,500 award. Up to eight (8) awards will be granted.
Awards are not renewable; however, students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.

Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of FIA Operations Americas Division play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Notification
Applicants will be notified in early August. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of FIA Operations Americas Division. Payment will be made in one installment in August.
