PNC Bank, N.A., Trustee of the Charles C. & Margaret M. Fritts Scholarship Fund, has established a scholarship program to assist high school seniors or graduates of Titusville Senior High School who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs.
This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals.
Applicants to the Charles C. & Margaret M. Fritts Scholarship Fund must:
Children of the Charles C. and Margaret M. Fritts family and children of PNC Bank, N.A. employees are ineligible.
The authorized distribution for new awards varies based on the Trust Required Minimum Distribution. The selection committee will determine the number of awards and each award amount.
Awards are not renewable; however students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements. Preference will be given to previous recipients.
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Applicants will be notified in late April.
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of the Charles C. & Margaret M. Fritts Scholarship Fund. Payments are made in one installment in August.
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of:
Financial need, as calculated by Scholarship America, will be considered. Recipients must demonstrate financial need.
Selection of finalists is made by Scholarship America. The sponsor will select recipients and determine award amounts.
