PNC Bank, N.A. as Trustee of the Charles C. & Margaret M. Fritts Scholarship Fund, has established a scholarship program to assist high school seniors or graduates of Titusville Senior High School who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs.
This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.

Award Amounts
The authorized distribution for new awards varies based on the Trust Required Minimum Distribution. The selection committee will determine the number of awards and each award amount (estimated 15 awards).
Awards are not renewable; however students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements. Preference will be given to previous recipients.
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Notification
Applicants will be notified in June.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of the Charles C. & Margaret M. Fritts Scholarship Fund. Payments are made in one installment on mid-August.
Selection of Recipients
Financial need will be considered.
Selection of finalists is made by Scholarship America. The sponsor will select recipients and determine award amounts.
