IN2WORK Scholarship Program
Application status: Closed

The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance, and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team. Awards for this scholarship are granted to eligible recipients without regard to creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, or national origin.

Applicants to the IN2WORK Scholarship Program must be:

  • Be high school graduates or GED recipients who have also received a graduation certificate from the IN2WORK Program, or the ServSafe & Retail Success Program sponsored by Aramark.
  • Plan to enroll in full- or part-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school.

Awards

The authorized distribution for new awards is 5, $2,500 awards will be granted.

Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements. Some awards may be renewable at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Awards are for undergraduate study only. Students have up to one year to use the award or it will be forfeited and returned to Sponsor.

Notification

All applicants will be notified in June.

Payment of Scholarships

Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Aramark. Payment is made in August.

Selection of Recipients

Scholarship recipients are selected primarily on the basis of work experience, a statement of educational and career goals and objectives, and unusual personal or family circumstances. Financial need will not be considered.

Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Aramark play a part in the selection. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. Students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.

As part of your application, you must upload the following:

  1. High school diploma or GED Certificate
  2. A graduation certificate from the IN2WORK Program
  3. ServSafe Certificate or RISE Up Certificate
