Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Selection of Recipients
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic performance, activities and work experience, if applicable, statement of educational and career goals and objectives, and an outside appraisal. Financial need is not considered.
Scholarship America will select finalists and send to IPLOCA to select the award recipients. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Applicants will be notified by mid-April. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. Students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
