Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation has established a scholarship program to assist participating HIP high school seniors who plan to continue education in college or vocational school programs. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice.

The program is administered by Scholarship America, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, gender, disability or national origin.

Applicants to the Paul Marchisotto Memorial Scholarship Program for HIP Students must:

  • Be high school seniors who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year, and
  • Have participated in and graduated from the Northrop Grumman High School Involvement Partnership (HIP) Program.

Award information:

  • The authorized distribution for new awards is $7,500.
  • Up to five (5) awards of $1,500 each will be granted.
  • Of the five awards, only one award per site will be granted.
