Marvin Lumber and Ceder/Marvin Windows and Doors has established the Marvin Companies Scholarship Program to assist the children of employees who wish to further their education in full-time course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, vocational-technical school, secretarial school, or nursing school.
This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.
Applicants of the Marvin Companies Scholarship Program award must be:
*Dependent children are defined as biological, step- or legally adopted children or legal ward, living in the employee’s household or primarily supported by the employee.

Awards must be used in the year granted.
Applicants will be notified in April. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. Students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Marvin Lumber and Cedar/Marvin Windows and Doors . Awards will be paid in one installment in early August.

Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Account Control Technology Foundation play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
As part of your application, you must upload the following:
A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Unofficial or online transcripts must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken
Also as part of your application, one online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf.
