The Medline Foundation has created a scholarship program to assist the dependent children of domestic Medline Industries, Inc. employees who are planning to further their education after high school. This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, gender, disability, or national origin.
Applicants of The Medline Foundation Scholarship Program award must be:

Financial need will be considered. Recipients must demonstrate need.
Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Medline play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Notification
Applicants (the student applicant, not the Medline employee parent) will be notified by email in June. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of The Medline Foundation. Scholarship checks will be made payable to the school and mailed to the student’s home address in early August.
