PNC Bank, N.A., Trustee of the Griffith Morgan Scholarship Trust has established a scholarship program to assist residents of the Borough of East Brady, Clarion County, PA or an area in the vicinity which is or will be served by the East Brady Joint Area School who plan to continue their education in college, vocational, or graduate school programs.
The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.
Applicants to the Griffith Morgan Scholarship must:
Children of PNC Bank N.A. employees and employees are ineligible.
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an award ranging from $1,000 to $4,000. Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
All applicants will be notified in May.
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of PNC Bank, N.A., Trustee of the Griffith Morgan Scholarship Trust. Payment is made in August.
The program will evaluate and rank all eligible applications using modified SAI evaluation criteria including the consideration of:
SAI will provide all eligible applicants and Sponsor Trust committee will select recipients. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.

NOTE: If you are providing SAT or ACT test scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload an official copy of those test scores separately. If you are uploading a college transcript, those scores are not required.
One online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf no later than March 12, 2025 4:00 pm Eastern Time.
