Nestlé Professional is proud to sponsor a scholarship program to assist children of active employees of Nestlé Professional to pursue higher education. Renewable scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at any accredited institution of the student’s choice.
This scholarship program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible application are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, gender, disability or national origin.
Information provided in response to the gender and ethnicity questions on the profile page is voluntary. That information is for statistics reporting only and will not be shared with the selection committee.

Applicants can receive only one scholarship from Nestlé during any one school year (with the exception of the L.J. Minor Factory). Nestlé scholarship recipients may accept additional scholarships from other sources.
Children of company officers at the Vice President level and above may not apply.
The Nestlé Professional Scholarship is only for dependent children of active Nestlé Professional employees in the U.S.
If the employee works for Nestlé USA, Nestlé Nutrition, or Nestlé Health & Science, please do not complete this application. These operating companies have their own scholarship program. Please contact the appropriate HR representative for information on their scholarship program.
If the employee works for Nestlé Purina PetCare Company, Nespresso, or Nestlé IT, please note these operating companies currently do not have a scholarship program at this time.
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $2,100 award.
Awards may be renewed for up to three additional years provided that recipients maintain a course load of at least 12 credits per academic period and a grade point average each term of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Renewal award amounts may also vary annually. Continued parental employment is also required for award renewal.
Awards are for undergraduate study only. Courses taken after attainment of a bachelor’s degree do not qualify even if related to a second undergraduate degree or curriculum.

Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Nestlé Professional. Payment is made in mid July.
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, statement of educational goals and objectives, unusual personal or family circumstances, and an online recommendation. Financial need is not considered. The applicant’s parent must remain an active part- or full-time employee at the time of selection.
Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Nestlé Professional play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.

NOTE: If you are providing SAT or ACT test scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload an official copy of those test scores separately. If you are uploading a college transcript, those scores are not required.
