Persona Nutrition has established a scholarship program to assist students who are currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in nutrition and/or dietetics in college or vocational school programs.
This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.
Applicants to the Persona Nutrition Academic Scholarships Program must be:
Award Amounts
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $1,000 award.
Awards are one time only. Past recipients may not reapply.
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Selection of Recipients
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, statement of career and educational goals and objectives, an outside appraisal and an essay describing why you are passionate about nutrition and how you will use your education to inspire others to live a healthier, more nutritious life.
Financial need is not considered.
Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Persona Nutrition play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Notification
Applicants will be notified in mid-January. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Persona Nutrition. Payments are made in January.
