SAS offers a scholarship program to assist children of employees who will be attending Cary Academy.
This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, gender, disability, or national origin.
Applicants to the SAS Cary Academ Scholarship Program must be:
Award Amounts
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $9,500 award.
Awards may be renewed for up to six (6) years or until a diploma is earned, whichever occurs first. Renewal is contingent upon satisfactory academic performance, continued enrollment at Cary Academy and continued parental employment at the time awards are paid.
Notification
All applicants will be notified in early April.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of SAS. Payments are made to Cary Academy in equal installments in August and December, provided the parent remains employed.

Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of SAS play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Revision
SAS reserves the right to review the conditions and procedures of this scholarship program and to make changes at any time including termination of the program.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your school’s policy does not allow you to receive an official transcript, the school may email the document directly to Scholarship America. To by-pass the requirement to upload a transcript, upload a document in its place indicating “Transcript will be sent by school.”
