  • A statement of educational and career goals and objectives
  • Extenuating personal or family circumstances

Financial need is not considered.

Scholarship America oversees the program’s selection process. In fulfillment of the organization’s role as an unbiased, third-party evaluator, Scholarship America developed the selection criteria and is responsible for choosing program finalists based on these standards. To ensure compliance with Sasol’s code of ethics, Sasol’s ethics supervisor, corporate affairs, and the legal team will conduct a final review of all awardees. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.

All applicants will be notified in April.
