SNC and Ozmen Foundation at CFNN have established a scholarship program to assist those who identify as female and plan to or are currently pursuing a degree and career in a non-medical, STEM-related field in college or graduate school.
The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.
Applicants to the SNC Women in STEM Scholarship must:
SNC employees and their family members who meet the eligibility requirements above are eligible to apply but will not be given preferential treatment.
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $7,500 award. Up to five (5) awards will be granted. Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
Awards are for undergraduate and graduate study.
All applicants will be notified in late March.
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of the SNC and Ozmen Foundation at CFNN. Payment is made in August.

Scholarship America will choose 10 finalists and SNC will choose recipients.
Financial need, as calculated by Scholarship America, must be demonstrated for the student to receive an award. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. Students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
