The Suburban Collection Scholarship Program
Live application window: December 1, 2020 6:00 am through March 15, 2021 3:00 pm Central Time

We are proud to announce The Suburban Collection Scholarship Program.  The scholarship program was established to assist children of employees and to thank those who have helped to build The Suburban Collection.

The scholarship program a.k.a “Suburban Scholars” has been designed to give something back to the men and women who have contributed so much time and energy to the success of The Suburban Collection.  The program benefits children of full-time employees who plan to pursue post-secondary education in college and vocational programs.  Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at any accredited institution of the student’s choice.

This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.

Thanks for making the choice!

Applicants to The Suburban Collection Scholarship Program must be:

  • Dependent* children, age 25 and under, of full-time Suburban Collection employees who have a minimum of two (2) years of continuous employment with the company as of the application deadline date and must continue to meet employment eligibility at the time awards are paid in August.
*Dependent children are defined as natural and legally adopted children or stepchildren living in the employee’s household or primarily supported by the employee.
  • High school seniors or graduates who plan to enroll or students who are already enrolled in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.

Children of the Fischer Family and Senior Management Team are ineligible to participate in the program.

Awards

If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $4,000 award. Up to 25 awards will be granted each year. Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.

Selection of Recipients
