TPC Group, Inc. has established a scholarship program to assist children of employees who plan to continue their education in college or vocational-technical school programs.
This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.

Awards
The total authorized distribution for new awards will be determined by the Sponsor each year. Provided there are qualified applicants, awards will be allocated according to college choice and following Sponsor directive:
Awards are one-time and for undergraduate study only.
The TPC Group, Inc. team member must continue to be actively employed at the time payment is made in August.
Selection of Recipients
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, work experience, a statement of goals and aspirations, any unusual personal or family circumstances, and an online recommendation.
Financial need is not considered. Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of TPC Group, Inc. play a part in the selection. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.
All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Notification
All applicants will be notified in March.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of TPC Group, Inc. Payment is made in August.
