The Trane Technologies Charitable Foundation has established a scholarship program to assist children of employees who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice.
This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, gender, disability, or national origin.
Applicants to the Trane Technologies Charitable Foundation Scholarship Program must:
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $2,500 USD award. Up to 60 awards will be granted. A student may receive an award a maximum of four times. Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of financial need, academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, statement of goals and aspirations, unusual personal or family circumstances, and an outside appraisal. Applicants must complete the financial data section of the application to receive an award. Financial need as calculated by Scholarship America must be demonstrated for the student to receive an award.
All applicants will be notified in June.
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of the Trane Technologies Charitable Foundation. Payment is made in early August.
