Two Maids Scholarship Program

Two Maids Franchising, LLC has established a scholarship program to assist employees and their dependent children who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice.

This scholarship program is administered by Scholarship America®.  Scholarship America is the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability or national origin.

Applicants to the Two Maids Scholarship Program must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be a full time Professional House Cleaner (PHC) employee of Two Maids & A Mop with a minimum of one (1) year of consecutive employment with the company as of the application deadline date


  • Be a dependent* child, age 24 and under, of a full time Professional House Cleaner (PHC) employee of Two Maids & A Mop with a minimum of one (1) year of consecutive employment with the company as of the application deadline date

Dependent children are defined as biological, step- or legally adopted children living in the employee’s household or primarily supported by the employee.

  • Planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.

Franchise owners and dependent children of franchise owners are ineligible.

Award information:

  • If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a $10,000 award.
  • Up to five (5) awards will be granted.
  • Awards are not renewable, however students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
  • Awards are for undergraduate study only.

Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of:

  • Academic record
  • Demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities
  • Work experience
  • A statement of career and educational goals and objectives
  • Unusual personal or family circumstances
  • An online recommendation

Financial need is not considered.

Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Two Maids Franchising, LLC play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.


Applicants will be notified mid-November. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.

Payment of Scholarships

Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Two Maids Franchising, LLC. Payment is made in one installment in December.

As part of your application, you must upload the following documents:

  • A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Unofficial or online transcripts must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.

Also as part of your application, one online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Time on September 30, 2019.

Your application is not complete unless all required documents are submitted electronically.
