The Wendel Foundation Scholarship Program has been established to assist high school seniors who plan to continue education in college and university programs. Renewable scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited two- or four-year U.S. institution of the student’s choice.
The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.
Applicants to The Wendel Foundation Scholarship Program must:

If selected as a recipient, the student will receive one of the following:
If attending a four year school, awards are renewable up to three years or until a bachelor’s degree is earned whichever occurs first, on the basis of satisfactory academic performance and full-time enrollment. A student may receive the scholarship no more than two years for study at a two-year college. However, recipients may transfer from two-year colleges to four-year colleges. In that circumstance, each recipient may receive an award a maximum of four years. For students attending MMA, award renewal is contingent upon continued enrollment at MMA.
Awards are for undergraduate study only.

Financial need will be considered. Recipients must demonstrate need.
Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Notification
Applicants will be notified in late June. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of The Wendel Foundation. Payments are made in August.

One online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf no later than June 4, 2025 3:00 pm Central Time.
